On the 20th of May, team Empower had the chance to meet with graduates from different universities in Dar es Salaam who were brought together by TAI-Tanzania as part of their “Jahazi training program.” Over the past few weekends, TAI has been hosting various FREE training programs and Empower was delighted to contribute to this worthy cause by holding a knowledge and skills workshop on professional CV writing skills and interview etiquette. The training took place at Theofilo Kisanji University.
Our MD, Miranda Naiman was the main speaker and presenter focussed on supporting students with the necessary skills to be ready for the highly competitive job market. This was achieved through presentations, and interactive workshop activities. The graduates were able to interact with one another and get hints and tips from team Empower through the Q&A section at the end of the session.
